Please if your parents are not muslims and one of them passes away do you have to bath them spiritually or pray salah on them

Unfortunately one isn't a Muslim, your attention should always have to be on the one who's a Muslim and leave the other one to the relatives who are likely not to be Muslims to also take care of him or her. Right from the beginning of arrangement towards their burial to the end that you suppose to do that. Allah knows best
